These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of timebun.com and the Timebun app (together, the "Service"), operated by ManyRequests LLC, doing business as Timebun ("Timebun," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Current status: waitlist
Timebun is currently in a limited onboarding phase. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or a binding subscription — it's a request to be notified when access opens. These Terms will govern your use of the Service once your account is active.
Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the data you and your team enter into Timebun, including your clients' information, and for making sure you have the right to store and share that data through the Service — including anything visible to clients through the client portal.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We'll give you reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Your data & our data
You own the data you put into Timebun. We don't claim ownership over your clients, time entries, or invoices — we just need a license to store, process, and display that data back to you (and, where you choose, to your clients) in order to provide the Service.
Third-party services
Timebun integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, QuickBooks, and Xero. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms.
Intellectual property
Timebun and its logo, branding, and product design are our property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timebun won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect.
